Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

KrishiJob provides job listings, recruitment tools, resume building, expert guidance (including Ask Expert) and related services for the agriculture and allied sectors. KrishiJob is a facilitation platform. We are not an employer, placement agency or educational institution, and we do not guarantee jobs, hiring, admissions or any other outcome. We may add new services in future, such as training programmes, and these Terms will apply to them as well.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it updated
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent jobs, profiles or documents
• Ask candidates for money in exchange for a job, interview or selection
• Copy, scrape or resell data from the Platform without our written permission
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights
• Interfere with the security or normal working of the Platform

KrishiJob does not charge candidates any fee or commission for job placement. Candidates are responsible for checking the genuineness of employers and offers before sharing personal documents or accepting a job. Never pay anyone who promises a job in return for money, and report such requests to us.

Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job listings, for verifying candidates' credentials and background, and for all hiring decisions, offers and contracts. They must comply with all applicable labour and employment laws.

Institutes are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their courses, certifications and student information, and for obtaining students' consent before sharing their data on the Platform.

Experts share guidance based on their own knowledge and experience. Expert answers, sessions, AI-based suggestions and other guidance on the Platform are for information only and are not professional, legal, financial or agronomic advice. Please use your own judgement before acting on them.

Some services are paid, such as Resume builder, Ask Expert, premium job postings, subscriptions, resume services, etc. Prices are shown before payment and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through payment gateways. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your resume or job posts. You allow KrishiJob to store, display and share it as needed to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Recruiters, employers and institutes may upload their logo, name, trademarks and images ("Brand Assets") to their profiles and listings. By uploading Brand Assets, you agree that:

• You own the Brand Assets or are fully authorised by the owner to upload and use them, and they do not infringe any trademark, copyright or other right of any person.
• You grant KrishiJob a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize and format the Brand Assets on the Platform, and in KrishiJob's marketing and promotional material (including social media and lists of organisations using the Platform), while your account is active. You may ask us in writing to stop using them in marketing material.
• Display of your Brand Assets on the Platform does not mean KrishiJob endorses, partners with or is affiliated with your organisation, and does not mean we have verified your organisation.
• You may not upload another organisation's logo or trademark, or present yourself as connected with an organisation you do not represent.
• You are solely responsible for any claim, dispute or legal action relating to the Brand Assets you upload, and you agree to indemnify KrishiJob and Ravasaa India against any loss, damages, costs or legal fees arising from it.
• KrishiJob may remove or disable any Brand Asset, without prior notice, if we receive a complaint or reasonably believe it is unauthorised, misleading or infringing.

If you believe your logo or trademark has been used on the Platform without permission, please write to the Grievance Officer (section 19) with details of your rights and where it appears. We will review the complaint and take appropriate action, including removal.

The KrishiJob name, logo, design, content and technology belong to or are licensed to Ravasaa India. You may not use them without our written permission.

The Platform may link to third-party websites, payment gateways or tools. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or the accuracy of listings, profiles or claims made by other users. To the extent permitted by law, KrishiJob is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for disputes between candidates, employers, institutes and experts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the previous 1 month.

You agree to compensate KrishiJob for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms or the law, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Yamunanagar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
