1.Who we are
KrishiJob is a brand of Ravasaa India, a proprietorship firm based in Jagadhri, Haryana ("KrishiJob", "we", "our", "us"). We run the KrishiJob website, mobile applications and related services (the "Platform"), which connect candidates, recruiters and employers, experts and institutes in the agriculture and allied sectors.
For the personal data you give us, we act as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"): we decide why and how it is processed, and we are responsible for protecting it.
2.Scope and consent
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It applies to everyone who uses the Platform, whether or not they create an account. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and Your Personal Data & Rights page.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you register, apply for a job, submit a form or use a service, and for certain legitimate uses allowed by law (for example, providing a service you have asked for, complying with a legal obligation or a court order, or responding to an emergency). You can withdraw your consent at any time, as explained in section 11. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
