KrishiJob is a job discovery and career platform for the agriculture and allied sectors. Please read the following before you register.

Please note that KrishiJob:

• Does not charge candidates any fee or commission for job placement
• Does not guarantee jobs, interview calls, selection or any hiring outcome
• Is not an employer, recruiter or placement agency, and does not act as your agent
• Does not fully verify every job listing, employer or recruiter on the Platform
• Does not guarantee results from paid services such as Ask Expert or resume builder; these are optional and do not assure a job
• Provides expert answers and AI-based suggestions for information only, not as professional advice

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older, or are registering under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• The information, documents and qualifications you provide are true and accurate
• You understand that your profile and resume will be shared with employers when you apply for a job or match a vacancy
• You will check the genuineness of any employer or offer yourself, and will never pay anyone who promises a job in return for money

This account type is for an individual, who recruits and shortlist the candidate for the organisation/team they work for.

Please note that KrishiJob:

• Is a technology platform only, and is not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship
• Does not guarantee candidate availability, suitability, response, interview attendance, joining or retention
• Does not verify candidate profiles, resumes, certificates or claims
• Does not guarantee results from candidate matching, AI tools or screening features
• Does not guarantee that vacancies will be filled within any timeline

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are employed by the organisation you name and are authorised by it to post jobs and contact candidates on its behalf
• All job listings you post are genuine, current and accurate
• You will not ask candidates for any money, deposit or fee at any stage of hiring
• You will verify candidates' credentials and background yourself before making an offer
• You will use candidate information only for hiring by your organisation, and will not share, sell or misuse it
• You and your organisation will follow all applicable labour, employment and data protection laws
• Any logo or trademark you upload belongs to your organisation and you are authorised to use it

This account type is for a company hiring for its own vacancies through its own account.

Please note that KrishiJob:

• Is a technology platform only, and is not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship
• Does not guarantee candidate availability, suitability, response, joining or retention, or that vacancies will be filled
• Does not verify candidate profiles, resumes, certificates or claims
• Is not responsible for any dispute between the company and candidates
• Does not guarantee exclusivity; the same candidates may be available to other recruiters and platforms
• Does not authorise any company, employee or third party to collect money from candidates in KrishiJob’s name

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to register and act on behalf of the company you name
• Every job you post is a genuine vacancy within your own company
• You will not charge candidates any fee, deposit or commission for registration, applications, interviews, selection or joining, whether in your company’s name or on behalf of KrishiJob
• You will not represent yourself or your company as an agent, partner or representative of KrishiJob
• You are responsible for all activity by users you add to your account
• You will use candidate information only for genuine hiring, and will not share, sell or misuse it
• You will follow all applicable labour, employment and data protection laws

This account type is for a placement consultant or agency hiring on behalf of client companies.

Please note that KrishiJob:

• Is a technology platform only, and is not a party to any hiring decision, client agreement or employment relationship
• Does not guarantee candidate availability, suitability, response, joining or retention, or that mandates will be filled
• Does not verify candidate profiles, resumes, certificates or claims
• Is not responsible for any dispute between a consultant, its clients and candidates, including fees or commissions
• Is not responsible for any dispute, claim or loss arising from a consultant’s use of a client company’s name, logo or branding, and may remove such content or suspend the account if valid written permission is not produced
• Does not guarantee exclusivity; the same candidates may be available to other recruiters and platforms
• Does not authorise any consultant to collect money from candidates in KrishiJob’s name

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to register and act on behalf of the consultancy you name
• Every job you post is backed by a genuine mandate from a client, and you will clearly state that you are hiring on a client’s behalf
• You will use a client company’s name, logo or branding only with that client’s prior written permission, and you will produce that permission to KrishiJob whenever asked. If any dispute or complaint arises over such use, the burden of proving the permission lies solely with you
• You will not charge candidates any fee, deposit or commission for registration, interviews, placement or for being given a job, whether in your own name, in the name of a client company, or on behalf of KrishiJob
• You will not represent yourself as an employee of a client company, or as an agent, partner or representative of KrishiJob
• You hold any registration or licence that the law requires for your recruitment or placement business
• You are responsible for all activity by users you add to your account
• You will use candidate information only for genuine hiring, and will not share, sell or misuse it
• You will follow all applicable labour, employment and data protection laws

This account type is for industry professionals who answer questions and hold sessions through Ask Expert.

Please note that:

• You join KrishiJob as an independent expert, not as an employee, agent or partner of KrishiJob
• KrishiJob does not guarantee any number of questions, sessions, bookings or earnings
• Fees, payouts and commission are governed by the separate expert terms shared with you
• KrishiJob may review, hide or remove any answer, and may suspend your expert profile for complaints or misuse

By registering, you confirm that:

• Your qualifications, experience and other profile details are true and can be verified on request
• Your guidance is based on your own knowledge and experience, and you are responsible for it
• You will make clear to users that your guidance is for information only and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice
• On crop protection, fertilisers or other agri-inputs, you will advise only within approved labels and applicable regulations
• You will keep users' questions and personal details confidential and use them only to answer on the Platform
• You will not ask users to pay you or contact you outside the Platform for services booked through KrishiJob
• You will not promote any product, company or service without clearly disclosing your interest in it

This account type is for agricultural universities, colleges, training institutes and similar organisations.

Please note that KrishiJob:

• Does not guarantee placements, internships, apprenticeships, interview calls or job offers for your students
• Does not verify, endorse or accredit your institute, courses or certifications
• Does not guarantee that employers will recognise your courses or engage with your students
• Is not a placement cell, recruiting agency or representative of your institute
• Does not guarantee exclusivity of your listings, courses or student profiles

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to register and act on behalf of the institute you name
• Your institute's details, courses, approvals and certifications are true, accurate and lawful
• You have each student's consent before sharing their information on the Platform
• You will follow all applicable education, regulatory and data protection laws
• Any logo or trademark you upload belongs to your institute and you are authorised to use it

Applicable to all users: Candidates, Companies, Consultants, Recruiters, Institutes and Experts

KrishiJob is a brand and platform owned and operated by Ravasaa India (“we”, “us”). Ravasaa India is the data fiduciary for the personal data processed on KrishiJob under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. Please read this before you register.

What we collect and why

We collect the personal data you give us on KrishiJob, such as your name, contact details, location, education, work experience, resume, documents, organisation details and payment details. We use it to:

• Create and manage your account
• Share candidate profiles and resumes with employers, recruiters and consultants when a candidate applies for a job, or when a profile matches a vacancy
• Provide job alerts, Ask Expert, resume builder, courses and other services you choose
• Process payments and refunds
• Prevent fraud, keep the Platform secure, and meet legal requirements

We share personal data only with the users and service providers (such as payment gateways and hosting providers) needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access a summary of your personal data and how we use it
• Correct, complete or update your data
• Ask us to erase your data, unless the law requires us to keep it
• Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• Nominate a person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India

If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some services. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew.

Users under 18

A user under 18 may register only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not track, profile or show targeted advertising to users under 18.

If you receive other people’s personal data

This applies to Companies, Consultants, Recruiters, Institutes and Experts. By registering, you confirm that:

• You will use any personal data you receive through KrishiJob only for the specific purpose it was shared for, such as a vacancy, a client mandate, a course or an expert query
• You will not copy, export, share, sell or transfer it to any third party. The only exception is a consultant sharing data with a client company that has a genuine mandate for that vacancy
• You will keep it secure, and delete it once the purpose is over or when the person asks
• You will tell us within 24 hours if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or leak of data from your account
• Institutes: you have each student’s free, specific and informed consent, which you can produce on request, before sharing their data on the Platform, and parental consent for any student under 18
• You are responsible, as a data fiduciary under the Act, for any personal data you download or store outside KrishiJob

Ravasaa India is not responsible for any misuse, loss or breach of personal data after a user downloads it or takes it off the Platform. We may suspend any account that misuses personal data.

Please note that:

• Your question is answered by an independent industry expert, not by KrishiJob. The views in the answer are the expert's own.
• An answer is usually given within 24 to 48 hours. You may ask up to 2 follow-up questions, after which the ticket is closed.
• The answer is general guidance for information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
• For crop protection, fertilisers and other agri-inputs, always follow the product label and the advice of your local agriculture department or Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
• The quality of the answer depends on the details you share. Please describe your question clearly.
• Do not share Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or passwords in your question.
• You can cancel for a full refund until an expert accepts your question. If no expert answers within 48 hours, you get an automatic full refund. There is no refund once an answer is given.
• Do not post abusive or unlawful questions.
• You are responsible for any decision you take based on the answer. KrishiJob and the expert are not liable for losses arising from it.

Please note that:

• Your session is held with an independent industry expert, not with KrishiJob. The views shared are the expert's own.
• Each session is a 15-minute slot from the expert's calendar. It starts and ends at the booked time; joining late does not extend it.
• If you do not join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as completed and no refund is given.
• You may cancel for a full refund, or reschedule once free of charge, up to 24 hours before the slot. A session booked less than 24 hours ahead can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
• If the expert does not join, you get an automatic full refund. If the expert reschedules, you may accept the new time or cancel for a full refund.
• You are responsible for a working internet connection and device. Sessions affected by problems on your side are not refunded.
• Guidance in the session is for information only and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
• Please be respectful. Do not record the session without the expert's consent, and do not pay or contact the expert outside KrishiJob for services booked here.
• You are responsible for any decision you take based on the session. KrishiJob and the expert are not liable for losses arising from it.
