Born from a Real Problem
KrishiJob began with a simple observation from our founder's 14 years in agriculture-sector hiring: agriculture had no dedicated platform for its own talent and hiring needs.
When a company needed a field officer, an agronomist or a sales executive, it usually turned to referrals, personal networks and weeks of manual searching. A focused database of agriculture talent simply did not exist.
On the other side were thousands of young people with degrees and diplomas in agriculture, eager to build a career in the sector. Many of them could not find the right openings. Many more were unsure which skills the industry actually wanted.
The idea
The gap was clear: good jobs and good people in the same sector, unable to find each other. That led to KrishiJob, a specialised platform that brings agriculture talent, employers, institutes, trainers and experts together in one place.
Our aim is to make agriculture hiring more focused, accessible and efficient, and to help build a stronger, skilled and employment-ready workforce for the sector.
Who we are
KrishiJob is a brand of Ravasaa India, a proprietorship firm based in Jagadhri, Haryana, dedicated to serving the agriculture sector. Ravasaa India is promoted by Raj Kiran Gupta, a human resources professional with deep experience in the agriculture and agri-input industry.
